Sheila Dow on Reform of the Financial Sector

Sheila C. Dow (University of Stirling) gives a talk here on economic theory, and more particularly on the financial sector and the need for reform of financial markets and institutions.

  1. I tried Sheila Dow’s speech. I nearly fell asleep after seven minutes and switched off. This is an academic, devoid of interesting ideas, keeping herself employed at the taxpayers’ expense.

  2. It's a pity, Ralph Musgrave, that you never had the chance, fortune and pleasure of meeting Sheila Dow. Not only she's one of the most charming persons I've ever known, but also one of the most interesting economist to talk to and read. I honestly advice you to do it.
